Following on from our epic 2022 event, we are thrilled to invite you to our highly anticipated 2023 Fair, taking place on Friday 13th October. Mark your calendars and get ready for an unforgettable evening of delicious food, entertainment and all the fun and excitement our annual event is renowned for.

We welcome both our College and broader local community to join us. There will be something for everyone to enjoy.

The Fair is Back!

Market & School Stalls

Come along and enjoy a fabulous array of local vendors to browse. On offer will be hand-made wares by local designers and creatives, artisan food and a variety of other products.

We’ll also have our school stalls which will feature items made by students, a craft stall, cake stall, BBQ, 2nd Hand Book stall and Scholastic Book Fair to name a few.

The fun continues with our infamous Side Show Alley – chocolate toss, splat the rat, sponge throws, tombola fun, face painting, fake tattoos and more!

Live Entertainment

Feel the festival vibe with live music performances on the main stage. Entertainment begins from 3pm with school performers, dance studios and local youth group bands.

Bring your picnic rug, sit back and relax as the tunes really kick off from 5pm. And, as the sun sets, we have something special planned…more details to follow soon!

Eat Street

A smorgasbord of local culinary delights will be on offer including Mexican, burgers, corn on the cob, chips on a stick, snow cones, ice cream and coffee. Yum!

Showbags

This year we have some super fun Showbags options on offer. Showbags will be available to pre-purchase, with only a limited number available on the day.

Fireworks

Close the evening out with a bang! Our firework spectacular begins at 7:45pm. This year's fireworks display is supported by the Port Stephens Council Mayoral Fund.

Fair Rides

Wait until you see the rides we have on offer this year. Individual ride tickets can be purchased on the day, but for the best value, book your wrist bands in advance.

Pre-purchase wristbands for $30 per child.

On the day, purchase wristbands for $35 per child or $6 for individual ride tickets.
